From the old village, located on top of the hill and dominated by the castle, you can
admire the magnificent scenery of the fortresses of Barbaresco and Neive, the “one
hundred towers” of Alba and the Alpine region of Alpes-Maritimes.
In this enchanting landscape, quiet and lush, is the farmhouse Antico Pedaggio.
The first traces of a settlement in this place dated back to 1400. Here stood the building
which received the toll for the entry in the valley. The farm Antico Pedaggio developed
around the building.
